Located on the Frio River & FM 337, approximately 8/10 of a mile east from downtown Leakey. Bird sightings along the river here; Kestrel, Swallows, Green kingfisher, Belted kingfisher & more. Two story house with a large front porch, upstairs deck & back porch with tables, chairs & a porch swing; back deck & porch both overlook the Frio River.

| Amenities Include: • 3 large bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 baths. • Upstairs bedroom has 1 King & 1 Queen bed, with a 1/2 bath. • The downstairs master bedroom has 1 king & bath with shower. • 1 double, 1 double sofa bed, 1 twin rollway • Large open living/dining/kitchen area, large sofa, • 2 daybeds & 2 trundles in living room makes 4 single beds, • Located just off living room is a full bath with tub and shower. • The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, & stovetop, (no oven) • Central H&A, Satellite TV/DVD, washer & dryer, no phone • BBQ grill, campfire ring, 600ft of shallow Frio River in back yard.
